OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Primary Job Function:

ProMAXX Tool is seeking an entry-level Operations Support individual for all areas of the business: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Marketing and Sales. Excellent opportunity for a self-starter in a fast-growing company to learn how to implement various business strategies to support the company. Industry training is provided.

ProMAXX Tool introduced a first-to-market exhaust manifold repair kit with machine-shop accuracy for on-the-vehicle repairs more than 10 years ago. Today, the company still leads the industry with specialty vehicle tooling applications and accessories designed to make the most productive repairs, delivered with the highest precision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assistance in inventory, purchasing and other areas as required
• Project work, research product information
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required, NetSuite experience a plus
• Data entry and maintenance of all aspects of customer information
• Support for other departments when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
• Experience in general business operations, including project work and data-analysis preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and Word; NetSuite experience a plus
• High attention to detail with exceptional organization and follow-up skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interface effectively with customer and internal personnel

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

• Office setting; regularly required to stand, walk, and communicate with others
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Primary Job Function:

ProMAXX Tool is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this position, you will resolve customers’ questions, offer product solutions, and help customers make purchasing decisions to drive company revenue. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Base salary plus variable compensation related to performance objectives
